When you book the date for your wedding we do not need to know your exact requirements. If possible we would like to meet up with you about a month before your wedding day, either at the ceremony or reception venue, enabling us to discuss all your final details.

We would ask you to plan at least an hour after the ceremony for the photographs to be taken before the sit-down meal, as this will give you and your guests time to have a drink and if you are having your reception at a different venue to the ceremony this will give all the guests time to get to the venue.

One week after your wedding day we will send you an email with a link to your personal page on our website where you and anyone you choose can view the images from your wedding day.

Two weeks after this we will send a presentation box containing a DVD self running slideshow of all your wedding images including some video clips, set to music (which you can provide if you wish), contact sheets & reprint forms and we also include a CD of high resolution images for you to print yourself.

If you have chosen an album we ask you to chose 50 images as a starting point for us to commence the layout for your album. Your album pages can be previewed online prior to being printed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
